If you are reporting a figure, the fastest fix comes from your grade, your years of service, and what your LES shows next to what the app shows. A screenshot of each is ideal. Never send your SSN or bank details — redact them first.

The accuracy bounty

This app's job is to be right. Find a true bug or an inaccurate figure, report it so we can fix it, and Ephemeris Labs will pay you the price of the app. First report wins: one bounty per defect, paid to whoever reports it first, once we confirm it against the source it comes from — your LES, the published rate table, or the statute.

Common questions

• Where is my data? On your phone. There is no account and no server. Use Profile → Download profile to save a copy where you choose; Upload profile restores it on a new phone. The App Store and Google Play builds also mirror your data to the phone's native storage automatically.
• The rates look old. The app checks for updated pay tables when it opens. Settings → Check for rate updates runs the check now. The Data pack line in Settings shows which tables are loaded and their effective dates.
• A number differs from my LES. Your LES and myPay win. Tell us and we will find out why.
• The app says my data was set aside. A copy that could not be read is kept, not deleted. Go to Settings → Data → Restore set-aside data. If that does not work, email support and we will walk through it.
• Face ID or fingerprint stopped working. The app lock uses your phone's own biometrics. If the phone can no longer verify you, it falls back to the device passcode; check biometric settings in iOS or Android, then turn the app lock off and on again.
• Payday reminders did not arrive. Reminders are notifications scheduled on your phone. Check that Mil Wizard is allowed to send notifications in your phone's settings, then turn reminders off and on in the app to reschedule them.
